William Mullican

William T. Mullican

William T. Mullican III is a 2008 graduate of the University of Tennessee, College of Law. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance degree from the University of Tennessee in 2001.  He was raised in McMinnville, TN where he graduated from Warren County Senior High.

           

Will practices primarily in the areas of Criminal Law, Family Law and Divorce, and Personal Injury. Will is an active member of the Williamson County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Tennessee Bar Association.

                       

Will is licensed to practice in all Tennessee state courts. He practices in all Middle Tennessee Counties, although he appears most frequently in the Williamson, Davidson, and Rutherford County courts. 

                                   

In his free time Will enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, cycling, and watching the Titans and Vols.

P. Marlene Boshears, Esq. is a partner with Mullican, Boshears, Honeycutt, & Associates, PLLC. Ms. Boshears graduated Nashville School of Law in May 2006. Ms. Boshears acquired her law license in October 2006. Ms. Boshears has consistently maintained her attorney licensure in Tennessee and is in good standing with the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility. 


Ms. Boshears was previously employed with the Public Defender’s Conference office in Nashville, Tennessee; was employed as legal counsel for the Department of Children’s Services as an attorney; and worked for the Department of Human Services as an administrative law judge. Ms. Boshears maintained her own law practice for ten years where she concentrated on Family Law, Divorce/Custody disputes, Juvenile Law, and Adoption Law. 


Ms. Boshears is a current member of the Tennessee Bar Association and the Williamson County Bar. Ms. Boshears has extensive experience litigating in Williamson County, Maury County, Rutherford County, Davidson County, Hickman County, Lewis County, Marshall County, and other middle Tennessee counties. Ms. Boshears has excellent relationships with many attorneys in these counties. 


Ms. Boshears has successfully argued in the Court of Appeals. Ms. Boshears is a strong advocate for clients, assesses each individual case to provide her clients excellent, individual representation, and is an experienced, aggressive litigator at trial.

Jennifer Honeycutt graduated from Carson Newman College in 1992 and Nashville School of Law in 2006. Ms. Honeycutt has spent approximately 20 years in the legal profession and is dedicated to making her knowledge work for you.


Ms. Honeycutt is experienced in Criminal Defense, Juvenile Defense, Dependent and Neglect Actions, Child Support, Custody, Divorce and Workers’ Compensation.


Ms. Honeycutt is a member of the Williamson County Bar Association, the Dickson County Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and the John Marshall American Inns of Court. She is a Rule 31 Listed Mediator, is a consultant for Bethesda Workshops, has served as a team advisor to the Williamson County DUI Court and is the Treasurer of the Restorative Justice Foundation, Inc.


Finally, Ms. Honeycutt has served as an adjunct Professor in the Paralegal Department of Miller Mott Community College.
